People aren’t necessarily attacking you when they send you emails that sound irate. Sometimes they just had a heck of a lot on their plate and eventually something will make that plate too heavy and it will become too much. Sometimes the person to put that last item on that already heavy plate is me.- People can change. They can surprise you. They can grow up and act completely different from the last time you saw them.
- And then they can totally backslide into their old habits. Their annoying behaviors. Their ‘oh-my-god-will-you-please-grow-up’ moments will sometimes come back to bite you in the butt.
