High Hopes by Panic at the Disco
Allow me to Geek out completely for a minute. I adore Panic! Brendon is a hottie. His music crosses so many genres. And I totally thrive on his Instagram snippits. Especially the interview he does while playing with dogs. LOVE IT!!!! His new album, Pray for the Wicked is coming out soon and I am in heaven all over again.

Burn your biographies
Rewrite your history
Light up your wildest dreams
Museum victories, everyday
We wanted everything, wanted everything
Mama said don’t give up, it’s a little complicated
All tied up, no more love and I’d hate to see you waiting
You Don’t On Me by Grace featuring G-Eazy
R-r-r-really though, honestly
I get bored of basic bitches
She’s the baddest, straight up vicious, texting her asking her
If she’s alone and if she’d sent some pictures, she said no (what)
Well goddamn, she said come over and see it for yourself
Never asking for your help, independent woman
She ain’t for the shelf
No, she’s the one
Smoke with her till the weed is gone
Stayin’ up until we see the sun
Baddest ever, I swear she do it better than I’ve ever seen it done
Never borrow, she ain’t ever loan
That’s when she told me she ain’t never ever ever ever gonna be owned
So, most people have heard the 1963 Lesley Gore song. When the film Suicide Squad came out and I heard this remix, I immediately went out and bought the record for my turn table. Ha! Seriously! I totally did. I don’t dig much of G-Eazy’s music, however I really enjoyed his part in this version.
And I’m craving, craving, craving something I can feel
Where do I go what do I need?
Is it ecstasy or is it fear?
Am I on my own am I even close?
‘Cause I’m craving, still craving something I can feel
We’re taking it a bit slower this time around. I resonate with the lyrics of this song. Working in the mental health field, I hear people put these words into their on spin so frequently.
