Change Can Be Difficult

Challenges come with change. Our tendency to come at things as problems rule over our ability to see opportunities. We adapt, as uncomfortable as it may be, and once we adapt, we do not want to have to adapt again. 

Change is inevitable, no matter how unfavorable it may be.
